About The Role

We’re looking for a Lead C++ Developer to join our high-performing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing robust systems, mentoring team members, and helping shape next-gen solutions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and guide a team of developers in C++ projects
• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and business objectives
• Work in Linux environments, integrating with SQL and ESX
• Contribute to systems within or adjacent to networking and network management systems (NMS)
• Utilize modern tools like Kubernetes (K8s) to optimize deployment and operations
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Proficiency in C++, SQL, ESX, and Linux
• Exposure to the networking domain is preferred
• Experience in NMS (Network Management System) development is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) is a bonus
• Prior experience leading teams is a plus
