Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the DevOps strategy and implementation across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and manage highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CodePipeline, or similar.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi for provisioning.
- Monitor systems using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
- Manage container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, security) to streamline workflows.
- Drive cost optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and guide them in cloud-native best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and DevSecOps principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, with 3+ years in a lead or senior role. Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, IAM, etc.).
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or equivalent
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Deep understanding of networking, security practices, and cost management on AWS.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with multi-cloud (Azure, GCP) environments.
- Familiarity with serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD).
- Contributions to open-source DevOps tools or communities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
