Lead I - Software Engineering (Angular / React Developer)

Overview

UST Global is looking for a strong Angular/React Developer to build end-to-end business solutions for one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in both frontend and backend development technologies, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires close collaboration with domain and technical experts within the team.

General and Technical Skills

• Expertise in building frontend Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React/Angular.
• Secure UI development capabilities:
• SSO integration in frontend applications
• OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows
• Experience with Okta SDK (added advantage)
• SiteMinder or other IAM use cases
• Adaptive authentication UI
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript (ES5 and above):
• JS primitives vs objects
• Scopes, closures, function binding, etc.
• Strong understanding of common frontend challenges (browser limitations, performance optimizations, etc.).
• Familiarity with common design patterns (pub-sub, module pattern, dependency injection, etc.).
• Experience with key libraries in React/Angular ecosystems.
• Awareness of frontend styling paradigms (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS, etc.).
• Knowledge of general frontend tooling (Node.js, npm).
• Experience in structuring and writing unit tests.
• Experience in setting up and executing end-to-end (E2E) tests.
  

• 5+ years of strong proficiency in Angular or React.
• Secure UI development experience.
• SSO integration in frontend applications.
• OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flow implementation.
• Okta SDK usage.
• IAM tools including SiteMinder.
• Experience with adaptive authentication UI.
  
  

• Undergraduate degree in a numerate subject—preferably Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications related to the asset management industry (e.g., IMC) are preferred.
