Lead Java Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). This role demands leadership in architecture, design, and implementation of robust, scalable applications, along with a proactive approach to driving DevOps practices using Terraform and modern UI development. Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices using Java 11/17/21 and Spring Boot.

Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS or GCP.

Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform.

Guide front-end architecture and contribute to UI development using modern JavaScript frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance software solutions.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for junior and mid-level engineers.

Drive best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.

Take ownership of system design, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

Requirements:

Experience Required: 9-12 Years.

Strong programming expertise in Java (11/17/21) and Spring Boot.

Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions on AWS or GCP.

Infrastructure automation using Terraform.

UI development experience using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc. ).

Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and API-first architecture.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Vue.js .

Familiarity with MongoDB.

Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps practices.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
