Role: Lead Java full stack developer (Java & Angular)

Location: Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai (Onsite)

Type: C2H

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of UI and full-stack developers.
• Design and implement modern, responsive UI components using Angular (v12+).
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot).
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across web applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clean architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and manage technical debt.
• Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and UX teams in Agile/Scrum processes.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and provide direction on architecture and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical/leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, and Angular Material.
• Solid Java development background using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimizing web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
