Job Title: Senior Network Engineer / Network Administrator
Location: Trivandrum – Technopark Campus

We cater to clients across the US, Australia, and other English-speaking countries. We are expanding our IT infrastructure team and are looking for a seasoned Network Engineer / Administrator with strong communication and international client-handling experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Network Engineer / Administrator with CCNA certification and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and security systems. This role demands excellent communication skills and direct interaction with international clients, making client engagement and issue resolution a key part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support network infrastructure for internal systems and client environments.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance and security, ensure uptime, and proactively resolve issues.
Maintain system documentation, logs, and reports for audits and analysis.
Interact regularly with international clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and deliver resolutions.
Implement network policies, security standards, and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including server admins, cloud engineers, and IT support teams.
Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated network issues.
Participate in client meetings, system audits, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10–12 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering or Network Administration.
Must have active CCNA certification. (Additional certifications like CCNP or security certifications are a plus.)
Solid knowledge of Cisco hardware, networking protocols, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
Experience working with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems.
Prior experience in a client-facing role with international customers is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
