Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Developer with experience in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch to join our team. As a Lead Developer, you will work alongside experienced developers to build and maintain web applications, learn new technologies, and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch.
• Collaborate with senior developers, stakeholders and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Assist in designing and implementing software features, modules, and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
• Learn new technologies and tools to enhance your skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and seek clarification on tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid understanding of Python programming language and web development concepts.
• Familiarity with Django framework for building web applications.
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management.
• Interest in learning and working with ElasticSearch for search functionality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Web development experience using Python, Django of minimum 7 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
