Your Impact

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform complex product design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. You will drive innovation for both team and product development.

From design to coding, to testing, and assisting with customer support issues, you will have a great impact on quality and customer satisfaction.

What The Role Offers

• Produce high quality code according to design specifications
• Detailed technical design of highly complex software components
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript/Angular.
• Strong experience with backend technologies Java/Python.
• Familiarity with AI, cloud platforms & Devops practices.
• Propose creative solutions or alternatives balancing risk, complexity, and effort to meet requirements
• Collaborate in software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where appropriate.
• Participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework.
  
  

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in software development and vast experience in Frontend Scripting frameworks & Java development
• Computer Science or related engineering degree with equivalent experience
• Work with Architects, Product Manager and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, complete peer code reviews, and maintain code
• Solid background in Java, J2EE and Web development frameworks(Typescript, Angular).
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure that the system meets performance, security, and reliability requirements.
• Knowledge of the open-source ecosystem and used open source libraries appropriately and efficiently
• Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes, fostering innovation and optimizing system performance Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
