Position: Lead UI Developer

Experience Level: 8+ Years

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis and frontend technical design in collaboration with Product, UX, QA, and Backend teams
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS
• Define and enforce frontend best practices for performance, accessibility (WCAG), security, and code quality
• Design and govern application state management using NgRx, ensuring predictable and scalable data flow
• Oversee frontend–backend integration by consuming REST APIs built on .NET, ensuring smooth data exchange and error handling
• Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers and .NET backend developers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Drive frontend performance optimization, focusing on Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID), bundle size reduction, lazy loading, and efficient change detection
• Support frontend-related Azure integrations, including environment configuration and SSO/authentication using Azure AD (OAuth2 / OIDC)
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, architectural decisions, and technical roadmap discussions
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases and resolve UI and integration issues
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development with strong Angular leadership experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Strong hands-on experience with RxJS and NgRx for reactive programming and state management
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive and mobile-first design
• Proven experience integrating REST APIs with .NET backend systems
• Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Experience or exposure to Azure services and Azure AD–based SSO implementations
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
• Experience with unit testing tools such as Jest
  
  

• Experience with micro-frontend or modular UI architectures
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend build optimization
• Knowledge of enterprise security practices and role-based access control
• Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-grade applications
