Position Overview:
In this role you will provide Level I Technical Support which will include troubleshooting experience across Microsoft Operating Systems including Win10, MS Exchange/Outlook environments.
Browser functions with experience of working in technical helpdesk for supporting end user devices (Desktops /Laptops) and applications.
What you’ll do as the Level I Technical Support Engineer:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software on desktops and laptops
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Providing technical support to end-users, including answering questions and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, and other computing equipment
- Setting up and configuring new workstations for employees
- Providing training to end-users on how to use software and hardware effectively
- Managing inventory of desktops, laptops, and other computing equipment
- Maintaining documentation on technical support issues and resolutions
- Six days working with different timings in morning to Afternoon.
- Managing and supporting office equipment’s, Audio and Video Conferencing systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues
- Troubleshooting printer issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Resolving issues with operating systems such as Windows or MacOS
- Identifying and resolving issues with hardware components such as hard drives, RAM, or motherboards
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with software applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Troubleshooting issues with email applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Resolving issues with peripherals such as keyboards, mice, or scanners.
- Interpersonal skills with communication with end users, in person and working over call or remote.
What you will bring to the team:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Graduate.
Overall Exp could be 1-2 Year in IT Field support.
Excellent written and verbal communicational skills is must.
