Load Test Engineer

Overview

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Locust and Gatling tools, with the ability to design, execute, and analyze load and stress tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance test scripts using Locust and Gatling.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure performance best practices.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations for performance improvements.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in performance/load testing.
• Proficient in Locust and Gatling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
