🧭 About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst to power the next phase of Saarthi, Physics Wallah’s flagship mentorship and academic support program. You’ll work at the intersection of product, operations, academics, and student experience—translating insights into meaningful actions.

Your work will directly impact student engagement, retention, and academic success for over 1 lakh students and 300+ mentors.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Student Experience & Engagement

• Monitor and optimize KPIs like DAO, WAO, MAO across chat and video doubt sessions.
• Track full student journey from onboarding to exam outcomes.
• Deep-dive into NPS, feedback, and session ratings to generate experience insights.

🔹 Faculty & Operational Analytics

• Build dashboards to track faculty utilization, ticket escalations, and session quality.
• Benchmark performance via structured audits and internal rating systems.
• Analyze query trends, queue delays, and shift planning data.

🔹 Program & Cohort Impact

• Evaluate impact of Saarthi on batch performance, retention, and student scores.
• Compare Saarthi vs non-Saarthi cohorts and Pro vs Power batch metrics.
• Support pricing and ROI studies for strategic planning.

🔹 Product & Platform Feedback

• Assist in product experiments (e.g., nudges, UI changes, A/B testing).
• Identify user drop-offs or platform bugs through data.

🔹 Leadership Support

• Create weekly dashboards & monthly business review decks.
• Collaborate with Product, Academic Excellence, Ops, and Tech to drive strategy.

📊 Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with Google Data Studio or Tableau / PowerBI
• Strong analytical mindset with business storytelling skills
• Experience in EdTech, Ops-led programs, or CX analytics
• Self-starter with high ownership and comfort with ambiguity

✅ Good to Have

• Exposure to student lifecycle analytics or user behavior modeling
• Background in B2C Ops-heavy industries (EdTech, Health-tech, Quick Commerce)
• Python knowledge for automation or statistical analysis (a plus)
