Job Description:

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly responsible Manual Tester with 3 to 5 years
of experience in eCommerce application testing. The candidate should possess strong
manual testing skills, practical understanding of software testing methodologies, and basic
SQL knowledge for database validation. The ideal candidate should be capable of
independently handling regression, smoke, integration, and functional testing activities in a
fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Perform manual testing for web and mobile-based eCommerce applications.
? Prepare, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
? Perform Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Functional Testing.
? Identify, document, track, and retest bugs using JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.
? Validate APIs, UI flows, checkout flows, cart functionality, payment integrations, and
order management processes.
? Work closely with developers, business teams, and product owners to understand
requirements and clarify issues.
? Perform database validation using basic SQL queries.
? Verify product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer
workflows.
? Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and QA reviews.
? Ensure overall application quality before production releases.
? Support basic Load Testing and Stress Testing activities using tools such as Apache
JMeter.
? Conduct cross-browser and responsive UI testing across multiple devices and screen
sizes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? 3 to 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
? Mandatory experience in eCommerce domain projects.
? Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

? Hands-on experience with JIRA and test management tools.
? Experience in writing and executing test cases.
? Basic SQL query knowledge for database testing.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Good communication and documentation skills.
? Knowledge of responsive testing and browser compatibility testing.
? Basic understanding of Load Testing and Stress Testing concepts.
