Job Title: Quality Analyst (Manual Tester)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Mohali
Experience: 1 to 1.5 Years

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Tester with 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Manual Testing, along with a basic understanding or hands-on knowledge of Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, writing and executing test cases, and gradually contributing to automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Create and execute detailed manual test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, UI, and usability testing.
• Log and track defects with clear, reproducible steps.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Write and maintain basic automation scripts (preferred: Selenium, Java/Python).
• Support QA team with setup and maintenance of test environments.
• Learn and contribute to automation frameworks based on project requirements.

Required Skills:

• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in software testing (Manual + Automation exposure).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect life cycle.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases.
• Exposure to automation tools like Selenium/WebDriver, TestNG, or similar.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge of writing basic SQL queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
