Hiring for Manual Tester/QA

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and create clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution.
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Provide timely feedback to the development team on product quality.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Requirements:

• 1–1.5 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
