Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Manual Tester Trainer with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in manual testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training sessions on manual testing principles and techniques, helping students or employees develop hands-on testing skills for software applications. This role offers a great opportunity to share your expertise and mentor aspiring manual testers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for students or professionals on manual testing concepts, techniques, and best practices.
• Create comprehensive training materials, including slides, exercises, case studies, and assessments.
• Teach software testing lifecycle, types of testing, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Guide students through practical exercises and real-world testing scenarios to strengthen their skills.
• Keep the training content updated to reflect industry standards, emerging tools, and best practices.
• Evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, and assist with troubleshooting during training.
• Offer personalized mentoring and career guidance to help learners pursue a career in software testing.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring students grasp the concepts thoroughly.
• Provide post-training support by answering queries and clarifying doubts.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case creation, and bug tracking tools.
• Experience with test management and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage training sessions effectively.
• Passion for teaching and helping others build their careers in software testing.
• Prior experience in teaching or training is a plus, but not mandatory.
