We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Moodle LMS Administrator & Client-Facing Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management, customization, and client coordination for our Moodle-based learning platform.
This role bridges the gap between technical administration and client project management, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both users and stakeholders.

Moodle LMS Administration :
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Moodle LMS Administrator & Client-Facing Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management, customization, and client coordination for our Moodle-based learning platform.
This role bridges the gap between technical administration and client project management, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both users and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Moodle LMS Administration :
- Manage day-to-day Moodle operations, including course creation, user management, roles, and permissions.
- Install, configure, and maintain Moodle plugins, themes, and updates.
- Monitor LMS performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the development team if needed.
- Maintain data integrity, backups, and security compliance of the LMS.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the LMS project lifecycle.
- Gather client requirements and translate them into technical specs for implementation.
- Plan, schedule, and manage Moodle customizations, integrations, and deployments.
- Conduct client training sessions and prepare user guides or SOPs as required.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of LMS rollouts.
- Proven experience with Moodle LMS administration (6+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of learning management systems, SCORM/xAPI, and e-learning best practices.
- Project management experience, ideally in an Agile or hybrid model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to document technical processes and client feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with PHP/MySQL and Moodle customization.
- Experience integrating Moodle with external systems (CRMs, video platforms, payment gateways).
- PMP or Scrum certification.
- Prior work with EdTech or corporate training environments.
