Sporteco is building India's largest trusted sports community — a technology platform that connects every stakeholder in the sports ecosystem: players, coaches, parents, fans, clubs, academies, leagues, venues, federations, sponsors, and government bodies. We are currently in the Validation/Pre-Seed stage and preparing to raise capital within the next 12 months.

The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer to join our product team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications by designing and executing thorough test plans across the full SDLC.

What You'll Do
• Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Test web and mobile applications (Android & iOS) across multiple devices and browsers
• Log clear, reproducible bug reports and track defects through resolution
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to Definition of Done criteria
• Validate API responses using tools like Postman
• Maintain and update regression test suites with each release
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of manual QA experience on web and/or mobile products
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile workflows
• Proficiency in writing structured test cases, plans, and bug reports
• Experience with bug tracking tools — JIRA or equivalent
• Basic API testing with Postman or similar
• Eye for detail and ability to think from the end-user's perspective

Nice to Have
• Exposure to test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright)
• Basic SQL for data validation
• Experience testing fintech or data-sensitive features
• Familiarity with accessibility testing (WCAG)
