Job Description: Full-Stack Developer (Flutter + Node/Python, AWS)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and deploy the Restotag application ecosystem — consisting of a Partner App, Customer App, and Admin Web Panel. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from architecture to deployment on the App Store and Play Store.

Responsibilities

Design & Architecture

• Architect the overall system, integrating frontend (React), backend (Node.js or Django), and AWS cloud services.
  
• Ensure scalability, security, and optimized performance across all modules.
  

Frontend Development (React)

• Build rich, responsive UIs for:
  
  • Partner App (Owner, Manager, Waiter roles).
    
  • Customer App (restaurant search, ordering, rating, payments).
    
  • Admin Panel (web-based dashboards and controls).
    
• Implement modern UX flows for smooth user experiences.
  

Backend Development (Node.js / Python Django)

• Develop APIs to handle authentication, order management, restaurant catalog, waitlist, and analytics.
  
• Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, push notifications, QR scanner APIs, etc.).
  
• Manage database design and implement secure data handling practices.
  

Cloud Deployment (AWS)

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
  
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment.
  
• Monitor performance and optimize cloud cost management.
  

Mobile App Deployment

• Package and deploy the apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  
• Manage certificates, provisioning profiles, and app store guidelines compliance.
  
• Handle post-launch updates, bug fixes, and versioning.
  

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with the product owner to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
  
• Provide proper documentation for code, APIs, and cloud configurations.
  
• Mentor junior developers (if a team grows later).
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Frontend: React, React Native/Flutter (for mobile apps), Redux, TypeScript (preferred).
  
• Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest.js) or Python Django/DRF (at least one proven expertise, but comfort with both is preferred).
  
• Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, IAM).
  
• Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB (bonus).
  
• Mobile Deployment: Experience publishing apps on App Store and Play Store.
  
• Other: REST APIs, GraphQL (bonus), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git.
  
• Strong understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption).
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, independent troubleshooting, and communication ability.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time order management (e.g., WebSockets, Firebase, or AWS AppSync).
  
• Knowledge of analytics dashboards and prediction models (for owner’s future prediction feature).
  
• Familiarity with QR Code-based user flows.
  
• Prior experience in food-tech or restaurant SaaS platforms.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  
• 2–6 years of experience building and deploying full-stack applications.
  
• Portfolio or demonstrable past experience with end-to-end app deployment (from backend to App Store / Play Store).
