Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Network Architect / Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise network solutions while managing critical infrastructure programs. This role combines technical network expertise with strategic program leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-level network architectures (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud).
• Oversee large-scale IT programs including network upgrades and migrations.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and align solutions with business goals.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years in network architecture; 5+ years in program/project management.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), SD-WAN.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
