About The Role
We are seeking a Network DevOps & Kubernetes Engineer (L2) with strong hands-on experience in network automation, container orchestration, and infrastructure operations. The role involves supporting and enhancing Kubernetes and hybrid cloud environments, managing CI/CD pipelines, and automating network and system deployments.
You will work closely with Network and Firewall Architects to ensure seamless integration between containerized applications, on-prem networks, and security platforms in a hybrid infrastructure setup.

About The Role
We are seeking a Network DevOps & Kubernetes Engineer (L2) with strong hands-on experience in network automation, container orchestration, and infrastructure operations. The role involves supporting and enhancing Kubernetes and hybrid cloud environments, managing CI/CD pipelines, and automating network and system deployments.
You will work closely with Network and Firewall Architects to ensure seamless integration between containerized applications, on-prem networks, and security platforms in a hybrid infrastructure setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, administer, and optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement and manage DevOps automation pipelines using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
- Automate network and system configuration tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.
- Collaborate with Network and Firewall Architects to align Kubernetes networking and segmentation with enterprise policies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Kubernetes pods, services, and network connectivity.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of microservices.
- Work with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) systems for container runtime, storage, and node management.
- Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stacks for cluster and network monitoring.
- Support version control and automation workflows using Git, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket.
- Participate in change management, documentation, and incident analysis to ensure operational stability.
- 4–6 years of experience in Kubernetes administration, network operations, or DevOps automation.
- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or equivalent automation tools.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, shell scripting (Bash/Python), and container networking (CNI, Ingress/Egress).
- Familiarity with network routing and connectivity troubleshooting (BGP, OSPF, or VXLAN concepts).
- Experience with Git-based CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Certifications such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or CCNP DevNet Specialist.
- Experience with Apigee, Istio, or service mesh integration.
- Basic exposure to cloud-native Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or GKE).
- Familiarity with API automation and DevSecOps practices.
