Overview
Key Responsibilities
● Install, configure, and maintain hardware equipment including servers,
routers,
● switches, and other networking devices.
● Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues such as network
connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, or configuration issues.
● Assist in the design and implementation of network solutions based on
business requirements.
● Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the
company’s network infrastructure.
● Maintain accurate documentation related to network configurations,
hardware inventory, and troubleshooting procedures.
● Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in network technology.
Skills And Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
● 0-2 years of experience in network administration, hardware maintenance, or
a similar role.
● Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and networking
hardware (routers, switches).
● Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, etc.
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are a plus
