Position: - Jr Engineer – NOC & Technical Operations

Job Location - Thane (West)

Job type: - Full time

Experience: - Freshers.

Education: BE or Diploma in IT / Computers Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Skills: -

· CCNA Global Certification

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations.

· Basic understanding of some of the following technologies Networking

Non-negotiable skills: - Graduation and CCNA Course

Roles and responsibilities: -

· Monitoring, Configuration & Maintenance of all networks & systems infrastructures

· Deploying and inspecting IT systems & networks

· Identification and prevention of any potential issues regarding the systems, network & application software

· Knowledge of network cabling, network classification and network topology

· Manage system & network back-ups

· Network analysis and routine troubleshooting

· Tracking and documenting issues and compiling incident reports

· VOD/OTT Content packaging & processing

· Desire to learn and develop necessary technical skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Strong analytical thinking

· Good voice based and written communication skills
