Network Engineer

Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for a Noc Engineer. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our internet services. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructure to deliver high-speed internet connectivity to our customers. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation: Designing and deploying scalable and reliable network architecture to support high-speed internet services. This includes planning network topology, selecting appropriate hardware and software components, and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Proactively monitoring network performance and addressing any issues or outages to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service for customers. Troubleshoot network problems, investigate causes, and implement solutions promptly.

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and VPNs.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues quickly and efficiently.

Familiarity with network security best practices and tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols
