Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Network Engineer - Fresher to join our IT team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network issues and outages, and escalate as required.
• Support network security efforts including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to network configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and IT support teams for issue resolution and infrastructure planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Knowledge of network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) is a plus.
• Certification in CCNA (or currently pursuing) will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
