Job Overview:

Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a motivated and skilled Network Engineer to join our IT team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and high performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
• Implement and maintain network security measures.
• Perform regular network maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Assist in network design and infrastructure planning.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
• Provide technical support and resolve connectivity issues for end users.
• Collaborate with the IT team to support internal systems and infrastructure.
• Participate in network upgrades and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a network engineering or support role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).

SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with Cisco or similar networking technologies.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
• Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Network Setup and Share properly
