About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Palo Alto Engineer with strong expertise in GlobalProtect VPN and Palo Alto firewalls to support our global network security operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto NGFWs and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Manage firewall policies, NAT, App-ID, SSL decryption, and threat prevention profiles.
• Support Panorama centralized management and firewall HA configurations.
• Monitor logs, analyze security events, and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure connectivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with Panorama, User-ID, and policy management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• PCNSE / PCNSA certification preferred.
