Position: Network Engineer L1

Job Summary
We are a fast growing Managed Service Provider with some of the leading Global Enterprises/Telecom Service Providers as our clients. We are in the process of expanding our India Operations and looking for experienced and committed Network Engineers to be part of our Support Team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

Job Summary
We are a fast growing Managed Service Provider with some of the leading Global Enterprises/Telecom Service Providers as our clients. We are in the process of expanding our India Operations and looking for experienced and committed Network Engineers to be part of our Support Team.
- BE /BSc /Diploma engineers with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience and Cisco certified (CCNA)
- Very good Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Network Connectivity
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches and security devices
- Ideal candidate should have experience Routing & Switching & Security
- If experienced in routing and switching the candidate should possess skills in the areas of troubleshooting enterprise networks with the following technologies Routing Static routes, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
- Switching STP, UDLD, ARP, VTP, EtherChannels
- IP Addressing & Subnetting
- WAN MPLS, SDN circuits and interface related issues such as QoS, errors, discards, etc
- Firewall , Access list , Stateful Inspection, NAT
- VPN, Tunneling
- Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve network related issues.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Experience in working in a network operations center is preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and process is required
- Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
- Effective skills and experience analyzing technology behavior and issue resolution
- Liaise with TAC, vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution-ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment that includes a global focus
- Experience using Troubleticketing tools such as Servicenow/remedy for handling troubletickets
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
