Designation : Network Engineer L2 (Firewall)

Experience : Minimum 2+ Years

Work Days : 6 day's of working

Salary Range : 20K - 40K

Qualification : Graduate

Location : Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

Qualification :

• Min 2 Years of experience in a senior technical support role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting, End Point Protection, DLP & Firewalls.
• Technical certifications from CISCO,FORTINET , FORCEPOINT web security are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking technologies, and computer hardware Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with ticketing and customer support tools is a plus.
