Network Software Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in systems programming, networking, and cross-platform development. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of C++, .NET, and Linux, as well as hands-on experience with network protocols, VPNs, and Windows COM programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance backend systems using C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and .NET Core/.NET 6+ (C#).
• Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs and services for cross-platform communication (REST, WebSockets, RPC).
• Manage and monitor network communication using socket programming, Wireshark, and tcpdump.
• Configure and troubleshoot secure VPN setups (IPSec, SSL/TLS, OpenVPN) including site-to-site and remote access.
• Develop backend modules for both Windows and Linux environments, leveraging Win32 API, systemd, and shell scripting.
• Maintain containerized services using Docker or Podman, and manage virtualization with KVM or VMware.
• Implement inter-process communication (IPC) and automation with Windows COM, OLE Automation, and ATL.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, and VPN technologies.
• Proficient in Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS) with knowledge of networking and performance tuning.
• Experience with C++ STL, multithreading, memory management, and debugging tools like GDB and Valgrind.
• Solid .NET expertise in WPF, WinForms, or Blazor, with asynchronous programming.
• Experience with firewalls (iptables/nftables) and enterprise VPN clients (e.g., Cisco AnyConnect, FortiClient).
• Familiarity with Component Object Model (COM) programming, including IPC, registry management, and Win32 API integration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Boost, Qt, or system-level frameworks.
• Exposure to RADIUS/LDAP integrations and enterprise authentication protocols.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD workflows.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
