Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will play a key role in automating deployments, managing Kubernetes clusters, and implementing infrastructure as code using Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure on GCP
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes (GKE) clusters and containerized workloads
• Own and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Architect and drive improvements to the CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Cloud Build
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth release cycles
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers
• Set up and manage observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring) for performance and reliability
• Enforce best practices around cloud governance, security, cost optimization, and compliance
• Drive automation efforts across infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and Skills & Must-Have Technical Stack :
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Compute, VPC, IAM, Storage, etc.)
• Hands-on with Kubernetes (preferably GKE) including deployments, scaling, and operations
• Strong experience with Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in Docker, Helm, and Helm Charts
• Solid grasp of CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and improve DevOps workflows
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go
• Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and cloud to Have :
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd) or API Gateway setups
• Exposure to incident management and on-call operations
