Senior Developer – Performance Engineering (.NET & MSSQL)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Summary:

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

We are seeking a performance-focused Senior Developer with deep expertise in .NET and MSSQL technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of optimizing systems and collaborating effectively across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize relational databases (MSSQL) with a focus on performance.
• Implement and manage DB objects: indexes, stored procedures, triggers, views, CTEs.
• Analyze and improve query execution plans and performance metrics.
• Develop robust applications using C#/VB.Net with strong OOP principles.
• Apply multi-threading, LINQ, TPL, and ASP.Net for efficient processing.
• Contribute to microservices architecture and apply SOLID principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  
  

Required Technical Skills:

• MSSQL: DB design, normalization/de-normalization, performance tuning.
• .NET: C#/VB.Net, OOP, multi-threading, LINQ, TPL, ASP.Net.
• Query optimization and execution plan analysis.
• Exposure to microservices and SOLID principles.
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
