Role: Lead Software Engineer
Skill: Pega KYC CLM, Pega PRPC, Banking Domain
Description:
· 8 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
· Pega Lead Product Engineer playing upto Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirable
· Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques
· Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector
· System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC Rule Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features
Technical Skills
· Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatory
· The candidates will act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective
· Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business Functions
· Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration
· Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus
Functional Skills
· Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
· Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
· Experience in Agile methodology
· Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
· Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
