Your key responsibilities

• Lead the transition from manual data entry and Excel-based reporting to automated dashboards and advanced analytics tools.
• Exposure to Power BI and Power Queries tools for automated reporting.
• Develop and implement automated reporting systems to streamline data collection, analysis, and visualization, enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with production sites to understand their digital needs, provide ongoing support, and optimize the use of digital tools.
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review processes, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all reporting outputs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies and performance management processes.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements for data management and performance tracking.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application / Graduation
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience relevant/related industries.
• Exposure to Power BI and Power Queries tools is must/added benefit.
