Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead to spearhead the Automation and Performance Testing efforts for client transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing performance testing, leading a team of performance engineers, and collaborating with development and IT teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts
• Analyze test results and proactively identify performance issues
• Lead a team of performance engineers, defining test strategy, scope, and timelines
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and build relevant test scenarios
• Resolve performance issues in coordination with technical teams
• Align performance testing objectives with overall IT/business goals
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Define and promote performance engineering best practices and standards
• Mentor QA teams on performance testing methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Loadrunner or Neoload
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of system architecture (mid-tier services, client frontends, databases)
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative development models
• Total Experience: 4–6 years

Skills:

• Mandatory: Load Testing or Performance Testing
• Nice to Have: Workday Testing, Salesforce Testing

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
