Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in both production and non-production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure the security of web applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them where appropriate.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and code.

Desired Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in PHP development, with a solid grasp of PHP CMS and frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
