We're a software solution company seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge web applications using PHP/Laravel.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable backend systems using PHP/Laravel.
• Lead the development of new features, APIs, and services, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, QA, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and stability.
• Implement security best practices, ensuring data protection and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and improving code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Laravel ecosystem developments.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on Laravel.
• In-depth knowledge of Laravel framework, its ecosystem, and packages (e.g., Eloquent, Validation, Routing).
• Proficiency in PHP 7.x/8.x, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of API design principles, RESTful APIs, and API security.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Vue.js).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
• Strong attention to detail, code quality, and testing (unit, integration, and functional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,424.10 - ₹70,612.80 per month
