About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel preferred) on the back end and React or Angular on the front end. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable web applications that serve our growing business in the travel and fleet management industry.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain scalable and secure web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred).

● Design and implement well-structured, optimized MySQL databases.

● Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js or Angular.

● Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other developers to bring features from concept to production.

● Ensure code quality through writing clean, testable code and conducting code reviews.

● Optimize applications for speed and scalability across platforms.

● Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to bring innovation to the product.

Required Skills & Experience

● Proficiency in PHP, with experience in Laravel or similar frameworks.

● Strong knowledge of MySQL and database schema design.

● Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular (at least one is mandatory; both are a plus).

● Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX.

● Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues independently.

● Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

● Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 2-3 years of proven experience in full-stack development.

● Exposure to UI/UX principles and understanding of web performance optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
