Job Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack PHP Developer to architect and build a custom Client Tracking System from scratch. The system will feature:

• WhatsApp Business API integration for real-time communication
• Pro-rata-based lead distribution to directors
• Role-based access control with levels for Super Admin, Admin, and Normal Admin
• Custom dashboards for each user type

This is a key development role offering end-to-end ownership of both frontend and backend components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop both the frontend and backend of a custom web-based Client Tracking System
• Integrate with the WhatsApp Business API for messaging and automation
• Design and implement logic to assign leads to directors based on a pro-rata distribution algorithm
• Create a role-based access control system:
• Super Admin: Full system access and user management
• Admin: Lead management and reporting access
• Normal Admin: Limited dashboard/view access
• Build dynamic and user-friendly dashboards and interfaces
• Design and maintain the database schema using MySQL or MongoDB
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and data integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Perform thorough testing and debugging before deployment

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in full stack PHP development
• Strong backend experience with PHP (Laravel or similar framework)
• Solid frontend development skills using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS / Vue.js / React
• Proficiency in MySQL and/or MongoDB
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services (especially WhatsApp Business API)
• Strong understanding of role-based access control and authentication systems
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Ability to independently manage full development cycles from requirements to deployment

Bonus Skills:

• Experience building CRM, lead tracking, or ERP-like systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean)
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices (deployment, CI/CD pipelines)
• UX/UI design basics for admin panels and dashboards
