Power Platform Technical Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, strong development skills, and proven leadership capabilities to guide teams and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Platform
• Lead end-to-end implementation including solution architecture, design, and deployment
• Develop and integrate solutions using OData APIs and external systems
• Perform data migrations across systems ensuring data integrity and performance
• Write and maintain code using JavaScript and Liquid templates
• Build insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership
• Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate)
• OData API integrations
• Data migration strategies and tools
• JavaScript and Liquid coding
• Power BI development and reporting
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies

Proven experience in:

• Solution design and architecture
• Performance tuning and optimization
• Code review and quality assurance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications
