Agile Transformation Coaches help organizations navigate the complexities of modern business environments, leading to improved efficiency, faster decision-making, and better alignment with market demands. They also enable organization to become nimble, more adaptable and responsive to change by implementing agile practices across all business functions
About The Team
We are the team of passionate agile coaches who are working to transform the organization into agile way of working. This team has profound experience in agile, change management, and organizational culture. As a team, It is imperative for us to establish agile transformation strategies and approach, develop agile program structure, provide an effective in-depth coaching and facilitate in organizational cultural change for sustained success
What You Will Be Doing
As an Agile Transformation Coach, strengthen agile for an End to End Delivery in product organization, leading to improved Customer Experience and Business Outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, ensuring effective communication and alignment with stakeholders. Onboard, train and coach business leaders, technology teams and service delivery teams globally on agile principles, values, emerging industry best practices and tools. Additionally, they help teams understand and implement Agile metrics to track progress and performance.

- Agile thought leadership - Expose our technology and service delivery teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas on agility in delivery and customer experience areas
- Optimize the flow of value from ideation to delivery, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
- Ability to drive OKR culture within Value Stream
- Establish matured agile practices and team behaviors leading to desired business outcomes
- Coach and train Value Stream leadership on building an Agile enterprise that is more focused on business value, driving outcomes, and a faster time to market
- Bring transparency to the organization about development and grow trust
- Monitor health of the collective team, checking that commitments, pace and quality are on track then help the team understand how to inspect & adapt where needed
- Empower leadership teams in building, growing, and sustaining a thriving Agile community
- Coach the value stream to identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision
- Foster a continuous learning environment
- Cultivate a culture of informed decision making through data insights
- Build high performing agile teams
- Produce materials and facilitate workshops and provide transparency on progress and opportunities for improvement
- Proficient in using Agile Management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence etc.,
- Rollout and implementation experience on emerging methods such as VSM, Design Thinking, Lean UX, Lean Budgeting in product technology organization
- Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt their experience to new and evolving environments
- 15+ Years of industry experience with proven 5+ years of working experience as an Agile Coach - with Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations
- Passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Consulting, training and facilitation skills in a reputed global technology organization
- Experience making teams accountable and motivated to strive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead a large team from different business functions, with varying skills, expertise and tenure
- Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
- Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
- Assertive, with the confidence to be voice of authority – not afraid to do what is best for the team
- Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around her/him
- Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology
- Certified SAFe SPC/ ICP-ACC/ ICF-ACC
