Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and scale the core platform to handle increasing volumes of customer event data, integrations, and customer complexity.
• Drive technical vision, architecture decisions, and platform evolution to ensure performance, scalability, and extensibility.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Data Science teams to translate ideas into robust and elegant software design.
• Take ownership of end-to-end implementation from architecture to deployment, including reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and ensuring best practices in an Agile environment.
• Lead the team in evaluating and integrating new technologies and frameworks to maintain a future-ready stack.
• Ensure clean, modular code architecture that balances agility with long-term maintainability.

Skills Required:

• 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience in a modern product development environment (Agile/Scrum).
• Proven track record of owning at least one full product development life cycle from concept to launch (ideally SaaS or data-driven platforms).
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS or GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in at least one of: Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable backend systems, web services, and REST APIs using Python/Django, Flask or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, and integrations with third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, etc., a plus).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Passion for clean code, architectural patterns (e.g., domain-driven design), and a strong believer in testing and automation.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
