Prinicpal Business Analyst - Retail

The Business Analyst, Principal is responsible for analyzing internal and customer requirements, translating the requirements into

specifications and designing solutions for any issues that may arise to ensure the solutions meet the customer needs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Mastery of Sr Business Analyst activities.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather product requirements. Will work more directly with customers and have more domain knowledge.
• Writes business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Is an evangelist for Epicor at internal and outside events.
• Introduces new functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
• Writes specifications for new modules.
• Facilitates viability and cost of solution options with Product Management.
• Presents or completes customer demonstrations.
• Responsible for improvement of internal processes.
• Provides training and leadership to other Business Analysts.
• Performs demonstrations of sprint reviews.
• Builds out project plans and timelines for C-level Product leadership.
• Works with 1-3 scrum teams on more complex projects and oversees the work of junior level Business Analysts.

What Could Set You Apart

• 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail ERP development.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
