Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to manage software development projects while acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, gathering and documenting business requirements, tracking project progress, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The candidate should have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting client meetings, managing project timelines, and supporting end-to-end software development projects. A basic understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and software development processes is highly preferred.
Experience
- 2–6 Years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Project Executive, Project Manager, or Software Implementation Consultant.
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or custom software development is preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Plan and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve project risks and blockers.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and client meetings.
- Prepare and share project status reports, meeting minutes (MoM), and progress updates with stakeholders.
- Track project tasks using Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process flow diagrams.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
- Clarify requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage requirement changes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, project discussions, product demonstrations, and review meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Agile & Scrum Coordination
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Assist Product Owners in backlog management and sprint planning.
- Track sprint progress and ensure timely completion of sprint deliverables.
- Help remove blockers affecting project delivery.
Technical Coordination
- Work closely with developers to understand APIs, system integrations, and database-related requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities with QA teams and support defect tracking.
- Assist during deployment, production releases, and post-deployment support.
