About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be instrumental in defining, designing, and implementing our data strategies. You'll work on critical data governance, architecture, modeling, ETL, and data warehousing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in empowering our clients' digital :

• Define and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Design and implement scalable and robust data architectures across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support business requirements and analytical needs.
• Lead and execute ETL processes, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources into data warehouses.
• Manage and optimize data warehousing solutions for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and dashboard requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of appropriate data technologies and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineering teams.
• Continuously research and evaluate new data technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in data-related roles, with a significant focus on data architecture.
• Proven expertise in Data Governance and Data Architecture.
• Strong experience in Data Engineering on any of the major Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Data Modeling and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Data Warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement Reporting and Dashboard Solutions.
• Exposure to programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation and automation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) are a significant plus.
