Python Developer - Team Lead (5+Years)

Overview

About the Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Python Django Developer to architect scalable web applications, lead development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, drive best practices, and mentor developers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Django project development
• Design scalable back ends & REST APIs
• Conduct code reviews & mentor team members
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
• Ensure CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization
• Stay updated on tech trends

Requirements:

• Strong with Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Fast API & FLASK is a plus ,
• Good grasp of frontend tech (HTML, CSS, JS; React/Angular a plus)
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills

Male Candidates with minimum 5 years experience in similar domain are preferred
