Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic Winfo Agents team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI agents that drive innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable AI agents using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and fellow engineers within the Winfo Agents team to define agent capabilities and requirements.
- Implement and integrate AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), into agent workflows.
- Develop integrations with various data sources, APIs, and internal/external systems to empower agent functionalities.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices.
- Optimize the performance, latency, and reliability of AI agents.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, agent-based systems, and Python development.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing concepts.
- Experience working with APIs (REST, gRPC) and integrating different software systems.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience building AI agents, chatbots, or similar intelligent automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Oracle) and their AI/ML services.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
