Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team. You’ll architect and build backend services, design real‑time integrations, and ensure our AI‑powered platforms run smoothly at scale. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and have deep experience with Django or FastAPI, asynchronous task queues, and API integrations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and WebSocket‑based services using Python Django or FastAPI.
• Real‑Time Features: Implement WebSocket and Webhook endpoints to support live updates and event‑driven workflows.
• Asynchronous Processing: Build and manage background tasks and scheduling with Celery, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• API Integrations: Consume and expose internal and third‑party APIs; document and test endpoints using Postman.
• Data Structures: Write clean, efficient Python code leveraging core data structures (e.g., tuples, lists, dicts).
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high test coverage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front‑end engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.
  • Hands‑on experience with Django and/or FastAPI frameworks.
  • Proficiency with WebSockets and Webhooks implementation.
  • Solid understanding of Celery for task queues and asynchronous workflows.
  • Demonstrable experience integrating and testing APIs using Postman.
  • Strong grasp of Python fundamentals, including memory management and data structures (e.g., tuples).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architectures.
  • Background in building microservices or event‑driven systems.
  • Exposure to database systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
  • Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
