Python Developer (AI/ML)

Design, develop, and train ML/DL models for classification, regression, and generative tasks.
Work with LLMs and GenAI tools such as GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion, or DALL·E.
Fine-tune pretrained models on custom datasets for NLP, CV, or audio tasks. Perform data
wrangling, preprocessing, and augmentation for model readiness. Assist in building pipelines
for training, evaluation, and deployment of models. Stay updated on the latest AI/ML/GenAI
research and tools.
Collaborate with research and product teams to integrate intelligent features into
applications.


Requirements

Solid knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Understanding of ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, overfitting, bias/variance,
etc. Exposure to NLP or Computer Vision techniques.
Familiarity with transformer models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and prompt engineering. Experience
using Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or similar GenAI libraries. Basic knowledge of
model evaluation (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
