Job Title: Python Developer – AI/ML
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)/ Immediate Joiners
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in Python, including at least 2 years in AI/ML

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML technologies. This is a hybrid role based out of Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Python applications with integrated AI/ML components.
• Analyze complex problems and deliver AI/ML-based solutions to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, machine learning models, and deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Python programming.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong knowledge of data manipulation libraries like NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience with model training, evaluation, tuning, and production deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps practices.
• Background in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
